FROM THE GROUP TO THE COMPANY
immersive team experience
In this third step, we will focus on the group and the company. Building on the natural intelligence from which we began, through emotions and a new "balanced" self-awareness, we can now work toward achieving our personal and company-wide goals: from soft skills to performance to excel in the market and in life.

Below we list some key topics we will explore both in the classroom and in nature. Activities will be managed based on the client's characteristics, the season in which they will take place, and the number of participants.
1 Leadership styles and when each of them becomes successful
There's no single way to be an effective leader, but rather multiple styles to master and utilize depending on the circumstances. We'll analyze each leadership style, see in which situations they're effective and when it's best to avoid them. We'll share real-life examples of how each of these group leadership methods has proven successful (or disastrous).
2 Effective communication in calm times and in times of crisis
Words and how they're used profoundly influence the outcome of an exchange between individuals or groups. We'll demonstrate and do exercises on this topic, which is the foundation of good teamwork, at any level and regardless of the group's size.
3 How to create a climate of trust
Trust is a fundamental ingredient for success within any system. It is therefore essential to understand what it is made of, how it is created, and how it is maintained. We will approach the topic by describing situations in which trust is essential, to analyze the dynamics that develop and consolidate.
4 The precious team play
Unity is strength, but only if we stick together. We'll explore ways to keep a team, of any nature, aligned and motivated. We'll also provide examples and suggest exercises and concepts to use in your own personal context.
5 The big theme of objectives
There are all kinds, even some that are completely wrong. We'll describe which goals are functional to success and how to manage them effectively.
6 Breaking down a problem to identify its heart and its resolution
We will provide a 'problematic situation' analysis technique that allows you to find the weak point on which to intervene to effectively solve the problem.
