Below we list some key topics that we will explore both in the classroom and in nature.
The activities will be customized based on the season in which they will be carried out, the number of participants and the geographical location of the client.
1 The fundamental importance of self-dialogue
We talk to ourselves all the time. Our entire system listens to the words we say to ourselves, whether we realize it or not. Awareness and control over this is a fundamental key to overall personal well-being. We'll provide examples, exercises, and experiences of how cultivating our self-talk can also transform our relationships with others and with our surroundings.
2 The key that opens every door: awareness
Being aware means freeing oneself from dysfunctional automatisms and strengthening functional ones, increasing the intensity and volume of one's daily experiences, and evolving. Starting with educational contributions, we will move on to concrete examples and practical exercises with the aim of making participants immediately independent in improving their ability to be aware.
3 Know yourself
We'll do simple yet intense exercises to deepen our self-knowledge. Each of us is the most important person in our lives: yet we struggle to understand ourselves, see ourselves, respect our needs, and make decisions that truly feel right. This module offers insights and tools for personal development that bring benefits to every area of our lives.
