Below we list some key topics we will explore both in the classroom and in nature. Activities will be managed based on the client's characteristics, the season in which they will take place, and the number of participants.
1 Instinctive Orientation
Immersion in a pristine natural environment, during which participants will move away from analytical rationality to activate an instinctive orientation. The goal is to learn to "let go of control" and trust their intuition. The dynamics will include exercises in reading the landscape and interacting with natural elements, honing the ability to adapt and react to unexpected variables.
2 Sensory Activities and Enhanced Perception - Our Nature
Through activities involving the five senses, participants will explore how perception can be expanded. These exercises aim to increase sensitivity to often overlooked details, a crucial skill in both personal and professional life. We will connect with ourselves and seek insights for personal growth.
3 Connection with Natural Elements
Meditation and interactive reflection sessions with the fundamental elements (water, earth, air, and fire) will invite participants to recognize their profound connection with nature. These practices will help relax the analytical mind and stimulate valuable insights, which can be translated into more agile and integrated decisions.
4 Overcoming your limits
Our bodies are capable of withstanding much greater strain, fatigue, and discomfort than we realize. We will work in nature to regain awareness of the power of our biological and cognitive systems.
5 Comfort zone
Humans are the only living beings on Earth endowed with a very interesting gene, one we might call curiosity or exploration. For this reason, our liveliest spirits dull when the game becomes too easy and we get bored. At the same time, we have a visceral need for routine, habits, and the ability to predict things. We will work to find a balance between these two drives that govern us at every stage of our lives.
6 Body Mind Heart Nature - Calibration, Alignment, Empowerment
Being immersed in nature allows us to find a state of well-being and thus align all our components, which we will take note of together. In this context, we will also work on breathing and mindfulness, essential ingredients in daily performance aimed at success.
